• $100.00 Consultation Fee at first in-home appointment


• Stage II will come to your home to conduct an evaluation


• Determine and discuss with seller issues/items that need to be addressed


• A quotation and contract for services will be prepared for seller to review and approve, consisting of specific work detail, total costs and expenses, including start and completion date


• Approved expenses for each project to be paid in advance


• One-half total cost of job due at start date


• Remaining balance of project due upon completion


• Each project is based on a case by case basis


• Visa cards accepted
