WHAT IS HOME STAGING?

“Home Staging” or “Enhancement” is the process of preparing a home for sale. This could include everything from de-cluttering, organizing, moving or removing furniture, rearranging accessories, and redesigning to create curb appeal, in addition to some general repairs. Amazingly, a coat of paint, and the careful placement of home accessories, (in most cases, your own), can make the difference between a quick sale, and several days on the market.

CAN TOUCHING UP HELP SELL YOUR HOME?

In cooler markets as we are seeing now “staging” tactics such as landscaping, fresh paint, and other small changes are all the more crucial for attracting buyers. The ultimate goal of staging is to present a home to its highest advantage, while at the same time, giving you, the seller, an edge over other homes on the market.

We all know the three big factors in real estate are location, price and condition. With several For Sale signs on every corner, and reduced prices, buyers with far too many choices will soon tire of looking, until they see a staged home that catches their eye. First impression of a home can make or break the chance for you to get an offer.

GOING FROM “FOR SALE” TO “SOLD”

Surprisingly, home staging can be very reasonable on a seller’s budget, depending on what will need to be done. If your home has been on the market more than sixty days, it most likely needs some spicing up.

If you’ve ever seen “Sell this House” on television, then you can understand what Stage II, LLC can do for you. Let us set the stage for your prospective buyers, and make your home more exciting and appealing than ever to those who enter.

For the first three projects completed, Stage II will feature those homes with an open house as their grand opening celebration, with consent of homeowner.

Due to shifts in the real estate market, the length of time on market, and price acquired by seller may vary. Stage II, LLC, its agents, servants, employees and representatives make no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied, that any seller's/sellers' home will sell within a specific time frame, nor that it will sell at all. Stage II's sole purpose is to assist sellers in their efforts to attract qualified, prospective buyers to purchase their home. Owner of Stage II is a real estate agent licensed in the State of Alabama.
